It's undeniable that the idea of what a “good time” looks like will differ from person to person. Whether you’re an introvert or extrovert, male or female, or younger or older, this idea is pretty subjective to each individual. One thing, however, is that the time period you were born in definitely deciphered what a good time would be to you. PWR has sat down with individuals from Baby Boomer generation up until the Gen Z generation to discover what a good time has looked like through out time and how our societies idea of fun has evolved.

“A good time for me was going out cycling whenever I could. Now I can’t do that so much because I’m much older and my legs won’t allow it. But being around my grandchildren and family always brings me the most joy… being able to see them grow up is the best part of my days.” Mai, 61
“Good times are spent with your family and the genuine good people around you who you love and care about and love and care for you just as much” Leoni, 63
“Good times is taking care of yourself, your health but also making sure the people around you are happy and healthy. With that you can almost always have a good time” Maria, 74

Gen Z (Late 90s – 2010s)
“Its when you feel good inside. It might be because the weather is nice or you’ve had a good with friends or family, or went somewhere you’ve planned to go for a really long time. I would say a god time for me is being at home relaxing, maybe with a nice glass of wine with my partner and just having fun watching movies and eating food.” David, 20
“Whenever I’m laughing and can’t stop smiling, I know I’m having a good time. Sometimes it’s in my own company and other times its with my closest friends and family. Both make me have a good time, but the important thing is that I am always happy which is the key to a good time.” Christina, 21
