The power of affirmations

Can you speak yourself into excellence?

Words are strong, we’ve always been told this, but how strong are they exactly? What if I told you that you can change the way your mind thinks to make the things you believe are impossible, possible.

Affirmations are simply statements of truth one aspires to absorb into their life. Affirmations go hand in hand with manifestations as affirmation is declaring something is true and manifestation is the act/process to do this. Manifesting is a guide which helps to eliminate limitations and disbeliefs that we’ve conjured up.

There are multiple ways to involve positive affirmations into your daily routine. Say the words you wish to hear from others to yourself to start your day. Stop saying “I can’t do this” and change it to “I will do this”. Stop saying “I’m not enough” to “I am more than enough”.

Before practicing any affirmations, you should always be in the right mindset, so you feel relaxed and in-tuned with yourself. This can be done by meditating before, surrounding yourself with plants or even simply using some aroma sprays.

Here’s a little affirmation you can say everyday:

I am attracting the lifestyle of my dreams with ease and clarity.

I am worthy.

I am perfect the way I am.

I am confident.

I am a magnet for success.

I love myself.

I deserve everything I desire.

I am open to receiving limitless abundance.

I am worthy and deserving of an amazing life.

This dream life is possible for me.

Remember to be grateful, try to list three different things everyday (big or small) which you are grateful for as this will help you to keep grounded as you continue to manifest your reality.

Change your attitude and the way you perceive the world, the way you perceive the world around you will be the way the world reveals itself (Law of Attraction) and be ready for the major changes coming your way!
