PWR Community
The PWR community is a platform that champions young creatives such as writers, editors, photographers, creative & art directors, fashion stylists and art designers, and provides creative opportunities for them in curating and working on our publications for our audiences who just so happen to be lovers of urban culture, entertainment and lifestyle. We host workshops, webinars, and meetups where we collaborate on projects, share advice, resources, job opportunities, and more. Our mission is to enable and empower young creatives to positively impact our communities; both socially and culturally. If you are passionate and enthusiastic about pop and urban culture, and have a creative flair, we would love to have you as part of our growing community.
Youth PWR
Charity
As part of YPCharity Creative Media Projects, PWR collaborates to provide a platform for young people to demonstrate, develop and present their writing, photography and journalistic abilities through workshops and training programmes organised by Youth PWR Charity, a youth development and empowerment charity, and offers young people the chance to contribute to the publication.
Funds from the charity cover of PWR magazine goes to the charity to support its work with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
